1. Domestic Orders (Within Australia)

• Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your domestic order, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The item must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging and documentation.
• Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at gallery@yubunapa.com with your order details. We will provide instructions for returning the item. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
• Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item in its original condition. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

2. Overseas Orders (Outside Australia)

• Refund Policy: Due to the complexities of international shipping, overseas orders cannot be refunded once they have been shipped. We encourage all international customers to carefully review their purchase before completing the transaction.
• Exceptions: If an overseas order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at gallery@yubunapa.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include providing a replacement or issuing a credit.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

• Reporting Damages: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at gallery@yubunapa.com with photos and a description of the damage. We will arrange for a return and either provide a replacement or issue a full refund.
• Return Shipping Costs: Yubu Napa will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom Orders: Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Final Sale Items: Items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return or refund.
