Denise Johnson is an up and coming Warlpiri Aboriginal Artist from Ali Curung, to the North of Alice Springs. She paints delicate depictions of her traditional Water Dreaming. She has been experimenting with new ways to tell these stories and has developed several new depictions. The intricate network of dots in this artwork create concentric circles across the canvas which represent the many waterholes and underground networks of ground water.
